As someone who has had great success selling products I can say from experience that selling a service can come with additional challenges and it took me some time to figure it all out. My conclusion as to why it is harder is 2 things, firstly people don’t always realise they need what we offer and secondly, it’s not a tangible thing that you can sum up in a couple of sentences what it is going to do.
So, I created this programme because I wanted to help other service based businesses find their solutions quicker than I did. The overwhelm the frustration are absolutely real but the great news is when you get clear on these 4 pillars there is a shining light at the end of the tunnel.
Starting on Fri Sep 08 2023 at 10:00 AM until 11 AM it will be take place weekly with the last event taking place on the 29th September. All the sessions will be recorded with a maximum of 12 places.

Sales Pillar One
In this session we talk about your Why’s and Why’ (pardon the pun) they are so important to you.
For example –
- Why would people choose you?
- Why are you different from other businesses?
- Why did you start your business?
Our Why’s also play an important part in your branding, how people see you and how they will remember you. If you are not clear on this your buyers will not be clear either.
It’s a powerful exercise and will definitely highlight some lightbulb moments.
Sales Pillar Two
We are talking about the outcomes and solutions you provide – such a huge topic and often not as easy to answer as we think it should be.
The people who are absolutely living the challenges are our ideal clients of course. I’m going to share with you an exercise to get really underneath your outcomes and solutions you provide to maximise on this hugely important pillar.
Once you are ultra clear here it makes it so much easier to identify your ideal clients and you can repeat the process for other services you provide.
Sales Pillar Three
We are covering – Who you are helping and how. – Your Ideal Clients
This can definitely feel tough for so many small businesses, but once we’ve done session two I know it will feel a whole lot easier for you. I share with you an exercise that helps you identify your ideal clients so much easier – and very often when we do this exercise businesses find an untapped sector they hadn’t thought about which can open up sales opportunities that weren’t there before.
Being clear on our ideal client is hugely important because any marketing or materials you put out there should be ‘speaking ‘ to them and if it’s not your potential buyer’s will be passing you by.
Sales Pillar Four
We are covering ‘Finding your Ideal Clients’.
Time is one of our biggest assets in business so often it disappears without feeling we’ve made a difference to our business.
So, we are absolutely going to be looking at what will work for you personally, not what other people are doing or think you should be doing. There is absolutely no point in spreading yourself thinly across everything particularly when your ideal clients are not there.
With so many options how do you decide where to spend your time and money – we will be covering how to make those choices in a way that is right for your business.
